OVEN ROASTED SALMON + LEMON, ROSEMARY AND MUSTARD SEED

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4-5
1 Whole salmon with skin
1 Lemon cut into thin slices
1 Tbsp rosemary chopped
1 Tbsp black-and-white mustard seed ground
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
1/2 Tbsp garlic finely minced
1 Tbsp chives chopped
1 Tbsp extra virgin all of oil
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 450°.

2. Cut lemons into thin slices, peel and chop garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped chives and grind mustard seed’s.

3. Place salmon skin side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle and rub olive oil and garlic on to salmon. Season salmon with salt and pepper then sprinkle rosemary, ground mustard seeds, red chili flakes, and chives.

4. Using your hands pat downs spices into salmon, lay lemon wedges down the center of salmon drizzling more olive oil and season with more salt and pepper if desired.

5. Bake salmon for 20 to 25 minutes until done and Enjoy.
