FOR SAUTÉED PRAWNS
7 ounces of prawns peeled and de-veined
1 tsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp ground Morita chiles
1 tsp ground coriander
1 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
1. In medium-size bowl toss shrimp with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, Morita chilies, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Heat olive oil in pan over medium to high heat and sautéed prawns for 2 to 3 minutes until done.
3. Spoon ceviche into medium-size bowl, top with prawns and serve with corn chips, sweet potato chips or chips of choice. ENJOY!
